Terrible customer service. Called 19 times during business hours, never answered their phone. Locked their doors and turned off their lights before business was supposed to be closed.

I had RSVP online 2 weeks before pickup. When I showed up to pick up the rental, they weren't ready. Had to wait while they cleaned the rental.... they didn't even start me with a full tank of gas.
