The Guy B. Woodward Museum's Verlaque house is an 1886 original adobe of French Provincial design fully furnished in period antiques. Out buildings include 1874 cowboy bunk house, tack shop and blacksmith shop, 7-ton steel jail, replicas of a one-room schoolhouse, millinery shop and post office. Extensive grounds include a honey processing shed, buggies, wagons, mining and farm equipment, plus extensive archives of local historic biographies, photographs, school records, and newspapers dating to 1800's.The Guy B.
