We have our Silverado 2500HD, Honda Pilot, Jeep Liberty and our Chrysler Town & Country all maintained by "RAE", and have done so for years. Randy (owner), Steve (Service Manager) and the entire team expertly diagnose and repair our vehicles with the highest quality parts and they stand behind their work too. Any needed repairs are explained in easy to understand layman's terms. We get a fully detailed printout of what was found, replaced and repaired. A computer record is maintained of all work done for historical purposes on all of our vehicles (which is great), AND you can access those records as well, anytime via their website. I find that very helpful. They are the only AAA approved repair facility in Ramona and it's no wonder why. They are a friendly, skilled, professional and ethically run business that genuinely care about their customer's needs. THIS is what a vehicle repair facility should be!
