Trying to get a Dr. to call you back, omg?! You'd have a better chance with President Obama calling you!

I was extremely disappointed with the carter clinic. I had called them because they were on the in service list for BCBS. I made my appointment, at which the only appointment they had was weeks out. Once the appointment came I spent 5-10 minutes driving around trying to find the place because the directions were of no help. I then called the office where the receptionist was very rude. As a new client she told me I was supposed to arrive 30 minutes early to fill out paperwork (I would have been 20-15 minutes early anyways but couldn't find the building). After I said that I was never told that she exclaimed that all of their people make it a point to tell people to arrive 30 minutes early. I assured her I was never told. She asked for my name and said she was actually the one who made my appointment and that she always told people to arrive 30 minutes early. I then assured her again I was never told to arrive early, just when my appointment was. She then told me I would have to reschedule. I was very frustrated with how I was being talked to. This place certainly does not have 'the customer is always right' mindset.
