I just wanted to say that Smith Exterminating Company was not only priced very fairly compared to other companies my business and residence used over the last ten years, but more importantly they were professional, courteous, knowledgeable and to top it all off the technician who did my services discovered termite activity in my crawlspace, and he was there for a treatment of ants in the kitchen.
The ironic thing was that our Home Owners Association has termite inspections set up automatically once a year, and our home was inspected by a differant company not 3 weeks earlier, they documented no activity.
The termite damage found and live activity had been going on for months.
I again trust them with my company and my house and would highy advise anyone who wants to get rid of any kind of pest or wants the piece of mind to keep it pest free.

I had an opportunity to work in the operations center for Smith Exterminating for 3 ½ months. I met each of the pest control and termite technicians, their technical managers, the technical director and senior management. I was also able to see the call center and scheduling side of the business. The Smith employees are a talented group of professionals and dedicated to their customers. I personally know of the after hours emergency calls that were handled on short notice by technicians or their managers, the many compliments that were called in, emailed in or enclosed with payments. Smith strives to constantly improve upon past successes and is committed to satisfying customers, period.
