I didn't really know what to expect from hypnosis, but can tell you I was super pleased by Raleigh Hypnosis and my results. I gained so much more than I ever anticipated. If you want to make changes in your life and have tried 'everything' else, I highly recommend you give this group a try. They are very professional and results driven. If you follow the program that they put you on, you will experience a whole new 'self' image. Take care and live well all.

I have been a smoker for 30 years and have tried numerous times for quit. I have tried several types of products that aid in stop smoking but none of them worked for me. I tried Raleigh Hypnosis in hopes that it would make a difference and it has. I am now 3 weeks non smoker. I have had no withdrawal or anxiety attacks since I quit. I attribute my success to Ms. Merrill for hypnosis methods. Ms. Merrill has installed confidence in me to be a non smoker and is a professional in the field of hypnosis. Pleased is not enough to say about my results-ecstatic is the word! I have lost weight and my cholesterol, LDL, HDL, and triglycerides are all normal for the first time in 12 years. Being hypothyroid Ive always had a hard time losing weight, this time its much easier. Im eating healthy and walking every day and Ive lost17lbs. Im looking forward to the continued weight loss. Based on the free consultation I was expecting more. After waiting in the lobby a half hour after my appointment time I was finally shown in to the hypnosis room. She put me in a chair, gave me some headphones, popped in a CD from another hypnotist, and went to attend to her other clients who were receiving the same impersonal treatment. The appointment wasn't cheap, so I'm a little disappointed about waiting for a half hour just to listen to another hypnotist on CD.

I used Raleigh Hypnosis mid-2008 to help me curb my eating habits. I always ate everything on my plate and generally of unhealthy foods.
