I bought in 3 dresses, and I am dissatisfied with my experience. I specifically mentioned the need for attention to a new stain I recently got on one of my dresses. The woman assured me that they would be able to get it out. The stain was still the exact same when I went to pick up, and it was not pretreated before it was cleaned. When I shared my distress, they offered to clean it again, but it would take 4 days (after my event already passed) and I would have to pay again. She would not refund part of my money because she said the dress was still technically "cleaned." On top of all this, it took convincing and time to track down my dresses. I had to argue for 5 minutes that I had bought in three dresses, not two. They had separated my clothes for pick-up. It took me showing the receipt multiple times and describing my clothes to get them all back. I will NEVER return to ProCleaners again for the lack of professionalism and care.
