I can not tell you how happy I am with this shop. I have been to several other ones and feel like they took advantage of me because I am a woman. The manager at this store was very polite and explained everything in layman's terms so I know what he was talking about. They had my car ready when he stated it would be completed. He even called to tell me it was done and gave me the option to pick it up now or come when it was convenient for me. I would recommend this shop to any woman like me who thinks they have been taken advantage of from other shops.

I was in a bind and needed my brakes fixed. My car was towed to this Meineke and the manager was friendly, informative about what was wrong with my car, and even showed me the damage, and explained what needed to be fixed. I have never been to a repair shop where they spent so much time helping me feel comfortable about the repairs that should be, and were done to my car and I actually left happy from this facility. I would highly recommend this repair shop.
