Horrible!!! No customer service! You are just another number so to speak! Called to set up an appointment and was placed on hold for like 6 mins and no one ever came back, they said I really didn't need an appt for an oil change so I drove 35 miles only to be told sorry you can come tomorrow and we can make an appt for you then! Wait you told me I didn't really need an appt for an oil change, which is it? I do need an appt or I don't need an appt?? Would not recommend this sorry place, just as bad as k Mart !!!!!

Been in for a few oil changes and a tune up, very satisfied with the service and experience of the guys at the shop. Most places are always trying to sell you things you really don't need, unless it's truly needed these guys aren't trying to make you spend more money. I recommend this Meineke to anyone who lives close by for sure.
