The ladies here are very friendly and I was a customer there for 5+ years. I recently stopped going. The lady who has been doing my eyebrows there for years, is really starting to mess up on them. I like to keep mine thick (they know this) and at least two times in the past year, they've butchered them. I actually had to fill them in. As far as nails, they usually do a good job, but they're getting greedy about money. They added "sparkle" to my nail, which is just clear polish with glitter in it and charged me extra for it. I didn't even want it. Today, I went in for a fill and the lady who usually helps me out, said that she couldn't give me a fill and that she needed to "rip" my nails off and start from scratch. This is def a big no-no for me, being that they ruined my natural nails last time they did this and the fact that I don't wear tips, I just have acrylic overlay. I honestly think she was just trying to get extra $. They do beautiful work, but all good things end.
