Provided by YP.comThe technician at this location broke off the hood release from the inside of my car. He came out with it in his hand and apologized. They refused to do anything about it. When I called corporate headquarters the guy laughed at me, saying I couldn't prove the technician overextended the lever (how else do you break one of those off?). Their policy is to avoid paying for any damage their technicians may cause because (and I quote) "things break." I could tell from talking with all 3 levels of managers I went to that this kind of thing happens all the time with them and they never pay for repairs. They offered to send me gift certificates in the amount of the repair - like I'm going to ever risk taking a vehicle back to them!!
