When Frank returned my call, he was in the neighborhood, and he came right over. I had been getting the run-a-round from Bosch, and was about ready to replace my 18 month old dishwasher. "No it's not the pump or the control panel" he said. He then reached in and removed pieces from a broken wine glass. Machine works perfect. Hopefully I won't need another repair, but if I do, Frank will be my first call.

Be careful. Wish we had NEVER taken our coffee machine here!

Our experience with Frank, his office, and the repairs were excellent. Even with delays in getting parts over the Christmas Holidays, there was a thoughtful approach and efforts made to overcome the delays. We would gladly call on him again.
