Founded in 2009 by Appalachian State business graduates Chad Emerick and Jason Tudor, we specialize in high-end residential window cleaning in the Triangle area. We have been owner operated since day one, thus providing a level of quality unparalleled by larger franchise operations.

Our prices are very competitive in the high-end residential market. We will not inflate our prices just because you live in a gated community or expensive home. Every house is quoted based on the number and type of windows, as well as ladder accessibility in and around the home. Our aim is to build a positive and lasting relationship with each and every new customer.

I found first class clean on angie's list, which was a big plus: they were rated well & there was an angie's coupon rate. When I contacted them to set up an appointment, they were quickly responded and gave me the first available date. They confirmed the appointment, showed up at the anticipated time, politely explained what the process entailed & what was included, & promptly set to work. They also included my front steps and the cement pad adjacent to the steps. I am pleased with the work the did and the professionalism in all dealings with their company. I would definitely recommend this company.

First Class Clean is a first class company, which cleaned our 13 year old driveway this afternoon. Chad and his Assistant did such an amazing job that our driveway looks like new. I was so impressed, I made an appointment for them to return in March 2016 to give our home and windows their 'first class cleaning'! Thank you!
