3 months and counting waiting for item. Nonexistent customer service. Voicemail is always full--no returned calls or emails. BBB has been contacted. See bad reviews at their Facebook page. DO NOT waste your time and $$. Trying to get my $$ back .

Eastern Lettering did a great job for my little league baseball team. We are the Mighty mites. Our parents all chipped in for baseball numbers and letters to go on the blank uniforms. We ordered them on May 1st and got them on May 8th. It was really good turnaround time and some good quality twill. Better than I thought. Came with full instructions and each parent had not issues at all applying them to their jerseys. They are now a sponsor of ours. Thanks and we'll be back next year to re order.

I placed an order on December 8, 2014. I received order from the company. According to the website it takes 5-7 days to process. After numerous emails and phone attempts my order is not here, and will not be here in time to place them on our winter classsic jerseys.



Do not order from this company, if you are okay with poor customer service and slow to no communication.

Needed out youth baseball jersey numbers fast. It was a Thursday morning and we had a game Friday night. We had blank jerseys but no numbers. I called Eastern Lettering and the lady helped me out. They had the numbers right in stock and I did overnight shipping for delivery the next day. The kids were happy, parents & coaches were happy. I really would recommend them anytime. I even got a 25% off coupon with my next order as well. THANK YOU!!

Eastern Lettering sold me dirty, stained letters via the internet and won't reply to my email. Look at the pics included!!! He is using the internet to commit mail fraud.



I purchased lettering online when I received the letters in regular mail the letters were all dirty and stained. I called the only phone number I can find 919-200-8680 no one ever answers and the voice mail box is full. I sent an email along with pictures on 8/22/14 no one has replied.



It is an unresolved BBB complaint. BBB gives them a D- rating!!!

Took my jersey into Eastern Lettering last week (Boston jersey). They did it just like they said they would. It already had numbers on it, so they said they could remove the stitches and rip the numbers and letters off. I was skeptical, but let it happen. They said there was a little glue residue after they came off, but they took care of it. When I came to pick it up yesterday, it was like a new jersey. The numbers were the right color and in the right places and I couldn't see any glue residue or old stitch holes.

Received my name & number kit from Eastern Lettering. It was a name and number kit for ORTIZ #34. The numbers were crazy nice and way better than I'd imagine. Short & to the point, I love what I got. I really think they did a bang up job. The price was good, the shipping took less than a week. I ordered it on Monday, and received it on Thursday. Pretty fast. Just in time to get my signing done. The Wake County boys club had a youth sports show last week. It included many sports vendors & items, concentrating on sports jerseys, sports lettering, uniforms & more. A few of the companies were giving away free items to help out some of the children. One company that was a vendor was Eastern Lettering. Their friendly owners were on tap the entire weekend. I just got back my Jake Locker nameplate back and it looks great. I replaced my Vince Young jersey with a Locker nameplate. I only spent $40 to replace the name, instead of spending $300 on a new jersey. You guys did a great job!!! Thanks Eastern Lettering!!
