you know you just dont see that kind of involved friendly service anymore staff was very detail oriented while still maintaining a person to person relationship with me (why i come back). all that and a wonderful blue eyed blond lady who is the nicest clerk ive ever had the pleasure of giving my time and money. coffee is always good. fresh i mean. ive never been in at 3pm to get it but for the most part its always good. its funny cause across the way is a star bucks with "bagels" (harhar) and coffee while the later is good you can get fresh coffee with refills at brueggers for nothn and get good bagels and kicksass wifi for nothn yeah free internet and hot coffee for jack squat. with a booth to sit in. what else do you need. fresh bagels, excellent service, hot coffee , and internet with a super friendly blond haired blue eyed supervisor named Kristen. now thats how i wanna start my day! Brueggers or nothn.

The place is great. The staff is so friendly and helpful. You just don't find that anymore. I go back just because of that. The restrooms are probably the cleanest in the city,
