Not only does Mr. Bell Tow and Recover, he also repairs, sales and installs boat engines. We purchased a boat motor from him and he was to install it and it was guaranteed to be water ready. After over 3 months it was supposedly ready. We took it to water test it and the oil pressure dropped so it was shut down and immediately returned .He accused us of being to blame. If the engine had been built correctly the problem would not have occurred. It was to be corrected but when finished Mr. Bell added another $500 on top of the already $3000. Keep in mind there was a 30 day guarantee. We picked up the boat and reluctantly paid the extra charges since Mr. Bell refused to release the boat to us. THE ENGINE RUNS HOT AND CAN'T BE USED.. A BIG $3500.00 MISTAKE. This business has been reported to the Better Business Bureau.
