I have purchased multiple vehicles from this dealer, going back to it being Dave Menegay Hyundai. I have never had any issues. The salesman I use knows how I am about cars I want to buy. The Sales Manager and General Manager have always treated me well, and with respect. I feel that I have always received a good deal on my trade-ins as well.

The Service Department does get busy, but the Service Manager seems to care about my experience. I will continue to do business with them in the future.

I wish I had read these reviews first. The salesman lied to me about everything he told me, including a warranty, satellite radio, tinted windows and price of car. He made my husband feel like a complete fool for the price he offered and said NO dealership has that big of a mark up! The internet price online was almost the same as what my husband had offered. I could have bought online for less than I paid. The car has some issues too. I know I should have read reviews and checked online price first! Don't go here! They don't even follow up and ask about your experience. I guess they know it is horrible!

Worst experience I've had with a sales staff in 23 purchased vehicles. Dishonest, lazy, disrespectful, poorly managed excuse for a car dealership. There was zero effort or apology for being 100% wrong in their answers to my questions and for making me drive 1.5 hours one way to purchase a vehicle that had not even been washed or cleaned as promised. The GM response was "if you don't like it, don't buy it". That's not exactly what you want to hear from management??

This so called dealership is the worst I've ever been to. The scratch off flyer they send in the mail is fake. The salesmen are con-artist. As soon as I was walked into that place, the salesman was defending himself like he knew he was in the wrong. They give car dealers a bad name. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!

This dealer's salesmen will lie to you about the cars, the paint work is shoddy and hyundai doesnt care. Dont get taken. BUY ELSEWHERE
