I would give this place zero stars if I could. Let me start by saying I was a very loyal costumer at this place for about eight months, though they ladies were not very friendly they always did good eyebrows and were very quick and reasonably priced. My first bad experience is when the younger daughter did my eyebrows totally uneven and when I complained she told me I plucked them myself, it didn't make sense. I should have just stopped going back, but I started going back again because the owner really did do the best eyebrows. Everything was fine for about 3 months then I went back recently and had an awful experience. It was packed which is not a problem because they are very quick, I patiently waited for the owner to be finished doing the girl in front of me eyebrows. When I sat down in the chair all of the sudden she decides to go on her lunch break. Though I'm annoyed because it was my turn, I understand that everyone needs lunch breaks so I asked how long it would be and she said just five minutes I continue to wait for another 20 minutes for her, when she promised only five minutes, I wouldn't have minded if she took a longer break just wanted to be notified of that when she does come out she takes a pump a hand sanitizer and begins. Her hands reeked of food I'm pretty sure she did not wash her hands because I never heard running water. After she does them she tells me one eyebrow is even so I'm upset because I've waited for about 45 minutes for service then receive bad service at that so I complained and they agrued with me telling me someone else in the past must have messed up my eyebrows when I've only been to this place in the past! after arguing finally they say " Well what do u want us to do about it" I say I'm not paying and they say fine if I have no money I can leave. Not only were they extremely rude but I'm a loyal costumer and they STILL treated me disrespectfully. Also this place is in an awful run down mall not worth the trip.
