Here is why NOT to use this company:

I paid cash to a local plummer that charged me $676 to unplug a plugged sink drain. .. maybe 15 feet total involved here of pipe.

Instead of using an auger to fix the problem immediately, this employee cut a pipe off - shamelessly admitted that he cut it in the wrong place, then used a drain cleaner and a shop vac. All to no avail. This took two (2) hours at $110 an hr. I called his boss, Tim Pearson, to state the impracticality of how he was doing this and the time he was wasting. He just said we do different things different instances.

The employee said, "Well, I don't have the auger on the truck" (his company is three miles from here) The boss did nothing. He sent the employee back the next day for three more hours with an auger. He did unplug it. To add injury to the over-charges, he left my kitchen, sink, floor woodwork filthy dirty (due to working in a crawl space). Other men who have worked here use foot covers and bring their own rags, towels, drop clothes, buckets etc - this company brought none of these. I had to furnish it all.

I have called the owner a second time to explain how I was ripped off and left with a dirty house. Tim Pearson said he would get back with me. Eight weeks have passed and have not heard.
