Lori and Kevin are among the nicest people I have ever met. I stayed here for almost three months, and I was never dissatisfied. I would absolutely recommend Brookside House to anyone who has near to mid range housing needs in the Boston area.

Room is very small. Cable is (like) 4 channels? Nice location but do not expect to get your 300 deposit fully back. Ok if you need something.

This place is clean, but too much expensive 220 a week with tax for just a room with share bathroom and kitchen for 15 poeple in on building and 20 on the other one.



No plate , fork , knife in the kitchen, you have to purchase every thing , you need to cook unbeleivable for a tempory place like this.

300 usd securit deposit, that you wont get back if you dont stay four weeks.

The brookside house was nice to be in for the 4 days i stayed in it. The location is great! The Red line "T" station is within walking distance. The room size was good. The kitchen was good to prepare meals. The only drawback was the bathroom- you had to share it with the person on the other side. I was not prepared for this. Still i gave this rating of 5 gold stars! The place is close to where i was going and fit the bill! Thank you.

Very clean & safe environment. The staff is very nice and helpful.
