My insurance company wants a repair estimate for my dropped laptop so they can decide whether to fix or replace it. The Geek Squad at Best Buy has to send it off to a central processing center to get the estimate. They want me to pay $35 for shipping and handling and insurance. I took their advice and am looking elsewhere for the estimate before forking over that much money for what should be a free service!
