By far one of the BEST rental property management companies around. They managed a property that I once rented in and they were EXCELLENT. Totally knowledgeable of management at every level.

We interviewed 11 companies and out of those 11 we decided on this company for a number of reasons. Hands down the nicest, most professional and accurate group we have met. They manage our 2 rentals and have been a blessing for over a year, we just never get to review since our jobs are so demanding. Best price we found as well. Great company. The owners are an amazing husband and wife.

I am new to this. First time I have hired a company to manage my rentals, but I just cant deal with all the problems any more. We are both in our 60's and live a hour away. We do not have time to drive to our rentals all the time. I am thankful my wife and I found this company. They had the lowest price & offered the same services as the other places we contacted. But what we like most was this was a small minority, woman owned company that offers services without locking into a contract so we did not feel pressured. We certainly recommend. Carey is phenomenal.
