The worst post office in queens n.y very sloppy poor customer service n they might be stealing people's mail

This is the absolute worst post office that there is in Queens. In the summer it's hot but in the back with the employees are the AC is running. The lines are always out the door. They never have enough stamps. If you ask for the manager they do not come out and help you. My mail is always going to my neighbor's house or I receive their mail. sometimes checks sometimes important documents they are so lax in their services it should be closed down.

The worst service ever. The guy comes at 8:20 in the morning and doesn't knock or ring bell just leaves a note. When did I ever get a package at 8:00 AM in the morning. Total idiots working there.

I never received an IMPORTANT package which the sender confirmed was 'delivered" I learned on the news that your postal worker was arrested for throwing more than 2;000 pieces of mail in the TRASH

This is confirmed once again. Poor customer service. Phone is either busy or they hang up. Resulting in a package being returned instead of redelivered.

DISGUSTING. Have not received my package that was supposed to have been delivered over a month ago. Have been getting the run-around ever since. Constantly get a busy signal on their phone and when it rings, they hang up on you. Entire staff there needs to be fired.

havent received my mail in 3 days nor did i received my paçkage
