purchased the vehicle from your dealership and they gave me extended warranty. when i called the to cancell this so called extended warranty, the sales rep ( name is AMEET) told me that it cant be cancelled. when i told him to talk to the general manager he said he wont talk to you. when i told him thats not correct, he started yelling at me and said if you bring your a.... over here u gonna get fu...ed . Thats how you talk to your customer ????? i will email the entire STAR DEALERSHIP about his rude way of talking to me like this. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!! experience with this dealership due to this RUDE SALES PERSON NAMED AMEET. Will never recomend to go to this dealer because of AMEET.
