I wont retype what I just put on Yelp, but this is the worst place I have ever been. Avoid at all cost.

I have been to Desert Wells Family Medicine several times over past year and I will be back when needed.

I was scene very quickly and that was the first thing that surprised me. Dr. Hoag is so attentive and a very caring individual. This is definitely what he was meant to do.

The staff is caring, and they are in tune health care professionals.

I am very satisfied with how quick and easy it was to schedule an appointment at Desert Wells Family Medicine.

Dr. Hoag and the staff are always professional. They spend as much time as necessary with their patients.

I was so happy when Desert Wells Family Medicine could get me in for an appointment that same day I called.

Since my husband have been coming to you all the staff has treated us like family.

It is very easy scheduling appointments at Desert Wells Family Medicine.

My family has been patient's at Desert Wells for Family Medicine for a very long time and we have never been disappointed with their services.

I started going there after I had a massive heart attack and needed a family Dr,I would not change for anything they have been very polite to me and keep me on track with medication ,and my heart Dr is very pleased with all my results

Horrible practice. Very disrespectful and not helpful or compassionate at all. These doctors have no idea how to properly run a practice....

I would recommend the Doctor's (owner's) of this practice review how they will effectively care for their patients(customers). I did not expect a unrealistic level of care however I did expect the staff to treat me as they would want to be treated. I did expect to be treated as an individual and not as chattle. Your staff is and indirect reflection of you.

I never saw my doctor and there was very little attention to detail. There were a few errors made that made me question the competency of those who are supposed to be "taking care" of my healthcare needs. I do not feel that they are skilled enough to be taking care of pediatric issues. I would not suggest this facility to those who would like a true, trusted realtionship with their physician. You are putting your life in their hands and I think that this is not of importance of the staff as a whole.

I have been going to Dr. Hoag for 6 years now and have not had any problems with the office. Wait times vary as to the time of year and they can always get you in the same or next day if you are sick. I think this is a great office as they do the best to accomadate your needs. As for those that think they wait a long time in the waiting room get over it. At any doctor office I have gone to this place has always had the shortest wait time. I also love the in house Lab for bloodwork.

Dr. McClure is the best doctor in town. He listens to your needs and is alway helpful. We will keep him as our family doctor forever! I highly recommend him to all of my friends.

They will not renew prescriptions for you unless you come in every 3 months. The office manager is a beast and lied to me stating why:"There is a new AZ mandate that patients have to come in every 3 months for renewals." I checked with my United Healthcare Insurace company and they said that that was not true, that there is however a mandate for prescriptions that are government controlled.

I told this lady that she was lieing and that I would not be abusing my thryroid or my high blood pressure meds, and that I didn't need to come in because I'd just been seen by my ADOT doctor, and she literally yelled over the phone at me, "Oh now you're a doctor!"

I've fired them and sought another Queen Creek doctor near the taco bell.

Good ridance to bad doctors seeking more money because of all the competition.



This office has very rude staff, as well as long waiting room waits with kids running everywhere, as well as a very long wait on the phone, they've left me waiting on hold for 15 minutes, then were rude like they could care less about the patients.
