I ordered 20 bd ft of mixed 4x4 and 8x4 Holly from these folks. I told them, I could live with some knots, cupping and warping, but I wanted "White" holly, not gray streaked or speckled gray. Well, it arrived and was severly gray streaked and speckled. I thought it might have just been on the surface, so, when I went to use it 3 months later, I discovered it was gray thoughout. In addition, the edges fo the boards had approximately 2-3 inches of edge bark (some on both outside edges of the boards). I called Groff & Groff and was told, "You had 30 days to return the wood to us. It said so right on the paper.", and they would not do anything now that the time limit had expired. Do yourself a favor and do not purchase from these folks. The quality is lousy and it will save you paying shipping costs in two directions!
