I was born and raised inScranton, PA and graduated fromthe University of Scranton with a degree in biology. I earned my medical degree atPhiladelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, then completed my internal medicine residency andgastroenterologyfellowship atLankenauHospital in Wynnewood PA.In 2010, I joinedBux-Mont Gastroenterology, which became part of the St Luke'sUniversity Health Network in 2019. I enjoy working closely with my patients to customize their plan of care to help guide them to better digestive health.I am interested in all aspects of gastroenterology but have particular interest in colon cancer prevention.My grandfather developed colon cancer at a young age before colon cancer screening was widely available, and this sparked my initial interest in gastroenterology. When not at work, I enjoy time with my family and spending time outdoors alpine skiing, running and cycling. I particularly enjoy my latest challenge, teaching my daughters to ski.
