I have had 6 appointments all were pleasant and relaxed

I have always had a terrible fear of dentists, resulting in the loss of half of my teeth. After years of going around with my hand over my mouth, hoping nobody would notice how bad I really looked, I decided to do something about it. After making several calls to several different dentists, Aspen Dental was the only office that really made me very comfortable about that decision. From the minute I walked in the door the first time I felt like I've known everyone there for a long time. I couldn't believe how kind, caring and compassionate they all were, the hygenist even rubbed my hand while the dentist was pulling my teeth, calming me down the whole time. I truly believe that if they would have been around years ago, I would still have my own teeth! Thank you to the entire staff at the Quakertown office for giving me back my confidence and more importantly, my smile!! I will definitely recommend you to anyone who needs a great dental experience!!

Really love this office! From the minute I walked in the door, super staff and quality dental care. The manager, Shannon, couldn't have been friendlier, and more helpful with my situation. Truly felt like this staff cared about me, and I am looking forward to smiling again, because of them! :) Tell your friends...its a gem

Made an appointment at Asoen dental In Quakertown

ONLY because I had a toothache, very

apprehensive going to the

dentist I was very worried

about going to a "Chain"

dentist. I couldn't believe it!

As soon as I walked into that

office nothing but a pleasant

experience all the way

through. All of the girls there

and the doctor are just

pleasant and comfortable to

be around. I came In and

had to fill out paperwork, the receptionist there was

amazing and the office

manager so friendly, she

makes a point to say hi

when you walk in, she did it

to every single patient that

walked through that door.

laughed so hard through

dental xrays In my life!! I

needed alot of work done

and I knew that walking

through the door, I was very

embarrassed, but not one

person In that office made

me feel bad about anything..

Then we get to the painful

part, MONEY!!! Shannon the

office manager there made

me feel like a million bucks!!

There was no down talking

to me, I was involved In my

treatment she let me know

every step of treatment and

how we were going to do it

money wise. We talked

about financing which I knew I wouldn't get, and embarrassed to apply and get turned down but again I was made to feel like it didn't matter if I was serious about getting my mouth under control I had to explore every option available to me, and it's true!! I did get approved for financing but I had to make a downpayment first before the company would finance the rest for me, now the downpayment right now is still a little much for me to put up. Not a problem, we then figured out another way for right now, I have a standing appt with them every other Friday, i figured I can take $100 out of my paycheck every two weeks right now and chip away at it for right now. All in all the people at this office really care about you and helping you In anyway to get you to where you wanna be, we all know it's a business just like any small office you walk into but when you have people bending over backwards to make sure that you are smiling without being self conscious and knowing you look good is priceless to me.... If you are looking look In their direction I swear you will not regret it :-D
