Provided by YP.comBuyer beware! You most likely have free preventative services at most dentists, but Ranier charges for 2 services I have never seen charged to my insurance, and they were not covered. $36 out of pocket. I have never paid prior. Any coupon you have for them will not offset this crazy charging on their part.
