We ordered our simple wedding cake well in advance. when we went to pick it up it wasn't ready so after waiting 1 1/2 hours for her to finish it we drove it home (carefully) but she had placed the flowers too close to the edge on the bottom tier and they slid down the side ruining that side of the cake. The 2nd set of flowers drooped over the edge as well (hasn't fallen yet) and she was not available to fix the damage before the wedding. I will be visiting her in person to see what kind of compensation/refund she will offer to make this right. (400$ for a cake that wasn't even close to perfect) not acceptable.

I just got married and Pioneer Bakery did my cake. It tasted WONDERFUL we got so many compliments! It looked beautiful as well. I would definitely recommend them to everyone!
