I have already talked to the spa in November and they don't normally refund money. They are willing to give me a gift card to use in their clinic after I've had Paula recheck my skin. I don't want to be persuaded into having another skin treatment. The two that I've had didn't improve my skin but rather made it worse.

At the spa I still have a credit on my account that I was wondering I can have refunded to me as I won't be going back. I wrote a letter to Paula regarding my skin after I spent 400 dollars and have not heard back from here. It has been almost a month without hearing anything. I used my credit card and am ok if the funds are transferred back onto it. I have enlarged pores, veins on the top of my nose that weren't there before, new scars, wrinkles starting above my lips, and increased crows feet. I don't know if I am allergic to the products or what exactly happened. Paula is very kind and sweet. I know that she was trying her hardest to help me. If I can be refunded I would appreciate it.
