I booked a full foil and base color. My hair was a warm, golden blonde with an undertone a shade or two darker. I said I wanted to keep it the same color. What I ended up with was a much cooler, dusty, ashy looking shade that was all one color. I hated it so the salon offered a re-do. I did the re-do with a different artist and got exactly the same thing. I then requested a refund and was told no refunds, only re-do's. I do not recommend this salon for color.
