DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

This company uses dishonest and deceitful billing techniques to overcharge it customers. I am an active duty service member. I am renting out my home while I am away from the area for my military duty.

I received a quote from FloHawks to replace a 4 foot section of my sewage line. The original quote was for $800, which seemed like a reasonable estimate for the work. The next week I received a call from FloHawks stating that they needed a $181 permit from the city to perform the work, and that they needed me to sign an updated authorization for them to apply for the permit. I asked them at that time if there were going to be any other additional charges. I was told that they were not looking at any additional fees, just the original $800 + the $181 for the permit, but that if anything else came up that they would let me know before they performed the work. I did not hear anything else from FloHawks for 60 days, at which time I received a bill for almost $4000. It is clear to me that they feel that they can strong arm me, and because of my military status I will not have any choice but to pay them

Please, save yourself the heartache and find a more trustworthy company to do business with.
