These guys really do their best to help you. They do the right thing and try to provide the best service possible. I am surprised by their effort to please the customer. Good job guys.

I went in to get my subs and a touch screen stereo hooked up and they quoted me around $400 but when I got my bill it was $610. My car had no problems and ran fine and then two days after getting everything installed my car wouldn't start. No lights come on our anything. I tried to jump start and got nothing. I called to ask what the meaning of all this was and they were rude and when I asked to speak to a manager they put some guy named Sean on who I found out from another store that there's no manager named Sean there and this man then laughed at my situation and hung up on me. The other store said the managers are Zack and Sam. And they didn't know who Sean was. My car still won't run and they won't do anything but still expect me to pay for everything.

Have had not one but two terrible experiences over the last few months with Car Toys - you would think after the last one I wouldn't have gone back.



Had a Bluetooth installed for my car that integrated with my Bose system. After being sold a specific custom ordered part (no one called me when it arrived) that they said they have installed many times, the same installer on the day of install started telling me all about what it won't do and how they can't guarantee it and if I don't like it I still have to pay for their labor. Terrible Bluetooth and paid over $350 for the part.



I had my car detailed yesterday and like others noted it was something I could have done with a bottle of armor all and an hour of my time. Seats are dirty, didn't vacuum them, there is SO much water in my carpets I have a puddle in my back seat floors and I am worried my carpet will mildew. Of course when I dropped my are off they started telling me what the package doesn't cover but offered to sell me additional cleaning services.



By the way, every time I go in there I never see the same manager twice. Both times dropping my cars off I felt it wasn't going to be good and my gut was right.



NEVER GOING BACK, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
