I was looking for a physical therapy clinic for my mother with recent knee surgery at the Puyallup clinic near her home. Staff was too busy to answer my questions and 1st thing they ask was for my mom's insurance. All I asked for was their hours/availability and what they can do for my mother. They seem too busy for simple questions and bad customer service. They were not helpful, happy, and/or personable....I wouldn't recommend anyone for treatment at this location/company.

I have had physical therapy at a few different places and AIM has been the best. The staff was very kind and attentative to my needs. Making my treatment productive and enjoyable at the same time. My neighbor also received treatment there and can't say enough great things about them. Highly recommended!

I received excellent service at AIM. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Myself and my doctor were very pleased with my recovery. I would recommend AIM to my family and friends.

Front desk is very good & personable, but the owner/s aren't too friendly. I felt like a was going through an assembly line with no one-on-one care. I've had better treatment elsewhere. I would not recommend to anyone.
