Our son reached the end of his lease and gave notice to move out. A "pre move out" walk through was done with the tennants present. There appeared to be no problems. The apartment was clean. A Forwarding address and phone number was provided. Two days later the managers conducted another walk through WITHOUT CONTACTING the tennants. The managers managed to charge over $500 for "cleaning." This is in addition to the NON REFUNDABLE cleaning deposit of $200. We assisted with the move and the apartment was clean with very normal wear and tear as one would reasonably expect. ADDISON GREENS HAS GREAT MOVE IN SPECIALS BUT BEWARE; THEY WILL GET YOUR MONEY IN THE END! We are reporting this to the Attorney General's Office and filing a small claim action.
