The person that orders the C-pap equipment and supplies, she is totally incompetent, can't figure out how to down load from the cards, looses insurance authorizations, and they refuses to mail supplies to you when they are out of them requiring you to drive out to get them. When problems do arise the staff doesn't work on resolving them like when they couldn't figure out hoe to down load the the information on the machine, they just threw up their arms and said "There is nothing we can do about it and you will have to come in another day. My advise is if you can't work with Jason then I would order form a company on-line that can ship the same stuff to your house on a scheduled basis, the company I now deal with automatically orders my supplies and ships them to my house , I mail them my chip with their postage and they send me one back in the mail, and they tell me when I need a new script form the doc. The thing that gets me is the new company is a small medical equipment Mom and Pop store in RI and they are not only cheaper but they provide outstanding services!! Every time I have went into this placer there is always someone that is walking out the door that is pissed off from the bad service!!
