Today the mail deliverer jammed a box into my mail box so tight that I can't get it out. So this box is just sitting in my mail box & I don't know what to do. They often jam packages into the mail box but usually after lots of prying I manage to get the packages out; but, this time it is jammed so tight I don't know if it will ever be able to be retrieved. I mentioned this in a meeting I went to today & it seems most people there said they had a problem with packages being jammed in their mail boxes. Is this a new practice? Previously the deliverers put packages on the porch if they didn't easily fit in the mail boxes. Hopefully this is nothing that will be ruined by the heat as I don't know how long it will be sitting in the hot mailbox.
