Dr. Z is fine, but his staff is not. They are the most difficult people I have ever dealt with. I have gone to many dentists’ offices. They are the worst. As soon as I start asking a question, she said “NO.” I didn’t even finish the question. She has the attitude. The worst part is that their staff doesn’t provide necessary information to an insurance company. I have to ask her to send the information to my insurance company so many times. Even when she said she would send “tomorrow” (never “today”), she didn’t. It’s been going like that for more than two months. She still doesn’t provide necessary information to the insurance company. Her passive aggressiveness is unbelievable. The office overcharged me and doesn’t return my money.
As long as Dr. Z is in that office with the staff in Purchase, NY, I don’t want to go back.
