This is a walk in place which I already knew. The lady took my name and said that it would be 15 minutes. I said ok I will wait. 3 hairdressers were working that day. They were all full but the waiting room was empty. 1 customer was done. A woman walked in and she took her first. I was like hey I was before her but I didn't say nothin as she prob was in another store waiting for her turn. 2 more customers are done with their haircut. I was excited that I was gonna be next. It was already 30 min now and I was told 15 min when I first walked in there. I noticed the one hair dresser had foil in her hair like she was getting it colored and leaving it in as she was working. The hairdresser said to me and another customer waiting that she had to go rinse out her hair and the other hair dresser had to help. I was getting mad. Why don't she dye her hair when she is not working!! So I sat and waited 5 min. Then another 5 minutes and she is still getting her hair rinsed out. Now I have been there waiting for 40 minutes already. I walked out. This is rediculus that they would treat their customers this way. Get your hair colored on your own time on your day off. Wont be coming back!
