Not sure what Zack's issue was be these guys bend over backwards to get a survey completed in order to purchase a piece of land. I called from 2800 miles away on a Friday Afternoon at 4:30. We only had five days, which included weekends, to complete the survey. Everything was completed by Wednesday morning. I'd give six stars if I could.

Extremely rude and unhelpful. Customer service is miserable. I called their office to get some assistance on a Elevation Certificate that they performed and spoke with the OWNER and he was very short with me, didn't help me at all and really didn't care either. And on top of everything else he hung up on me. Please take my advise and don't give these guys your money.

John Melillo was very kind and professional on the phone. He was prompt in responding and his pricing was competitive with several other companies in the area. He was able to get the survey done the next day and he took care of contacting the title company for me. I highly recommend this company!
