This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced from any organization. We ordered boots several weeks in advance to get ready for vet school. They told us the boots would arrive before school started and that they would give us a call when did arrive. Of course, we NEVER got a call from them. So I ended up calling them several times and each time they told us that they just got an order of boots in today. Each time we went there to purchase the boots, there was none of the size we specifically asked for to be found. And for all the inconvenience that we had to go through, which included purchasing a different set of boots because it was required for class the next day, they REFUSED to provide us with a discount for their poor customer service. They should have went out of their way to accommodate us in any way by purchasing another one quickly or discounting us. 1st-year vet students should purchase boots at home before they arrive at vet school. Don't waste your time here!
