The downtown area of Pulaski is on the north side of Richland Creek, a south-flowing tributary of the Elk River. Pulaski is not only the county seat of Giles County, but is also the core of the community’s cultural and architectural heritage. Historic Downtown Pulaski is the heart and soul of the community. When you are downtown be sure to stop by the family owned and operated Rusty Spur Steakhouse and try the best steaks, smoked ribs, pork, chicken and burgers Pulaski has to offer! The downtown area of Pulaski is on the north side of Richland Creek, a south-flowing tributary of the Elk River. Provided by YP.comI have enjoyed lunch and dinner here many times. The burgers are good and so are the plate lunches. Still have not attempted the Gun Slinger Challenge, but that may be on my menu one day too. Highly recommend you add The Rusty Spur to your Pulaski diner rotation.
