Thomas Construction History OK every home builder says they build a quality home. This is expected and deserved by all home buyers. We realize and respect the fact that for most a new home is the largest, and most important investment they may make in their life time. Just the fact that Thomas Construction has been in business for nearly thirty years should say something about an awareness in the need for quality. Scott Thomas tells home buyers at the closing table " now our job really begins". He goes on to tell them that almost anyone could build a home, sell a car, etc. The way Thomas Construction will ultimately be judged is by the way the home buyer is treated after closing during the warranty period. What does this have to do with quality? It's Simple. The better job we do during construction the easier it is to have happy home owners after construction. Looking at our homes we expect you to see quality workmanship and materials. Brands like Andersen Windows, Kohler plumbing fixtures, Moen faucets, Whirlpool appliances are standard. Thomas Construction won Pueblo Association of Home Builder's award in 2005 for best interior design and decorating for the model home located in Antelope Trail subdivision. The majority of our residential subcontractors have been working with us for several years. We like the consistency of the workmanship and quality that comes along with using the same subs.
