Wow! I'm sorry you feel this way about the job that was done for your family.I have a few facts that might help clear this up. On 10/10/12 the son of the deceased ordered shirts for his family to honor his Mother. The original artwork was what he had asked for, A digital picture of his mother dates and in loving memory. When the art was sent for approval to the family a sister that lived out of town worked with the art department and changed everything many times via internet and phone. Our art department was here for 5 hours after close of business to make sure the art was what they wanted and getting it ready for print.This was digital print with all the special additions wanted by the family. At the time of all the changes she was informed the minimal additions to cost. She ok'd the art and cost at that time. Sadly as in some circumsatnces the grief of the family overcame communication and at the time they picked up these shirts the morning of 10/12/12, The Brother had no idea she had made changes or added extra printing cost to shirts. This was a tense moment for the family and screened effects because of the instant rude attitude of the family.The owner of Screened Effects calmed down the family members and cleared up the misunderstanding and the situation was taken care of. In Truth the family knew cost of shirts and neglected to add that Screened Effects waived the set up fee. (they paid for no screens, no digital set up, and received the shirts in less than 2 business days.) No other business offers that. Since we have had a reorder of the same shirts we had no idea the family was unhappy. I hope that the family heals and wish them well but in no way feel they were mistreated or taken advantage of.

My Mom was killed suddenly, I had a week to prepare the funeral and needed T-shirts made for our family. The first design was horrible and plain with no artistic thought. Our family was originally charged over $300.00 dollars to print 23 T-shirts, they knew we needed the T-shirts the day of the funeral and in the end tagged on more ridiculous fees which brought our shirts to almost $450.00. They are husband and wife owned and all about money and have no heart.
