Hello humankindness. It’s more than a tagline. Humankindness is one of the many things we all have in common. It’s the good within us. The power that connects us. And at CommonSpirit Health, we fuse it into heartfelt healing, inspired innovation, and mindful medicine. It’s in how we provide treatment and the way we treat patients. Our communities need caring, and our families need support. CommonSpirit Health is committed to building healthy communities by advocating for those who are poor and vulnerable, and innovating how and where healing can happen. Because the way care is provided is often as meaningful as the care itself.

5 hour wait, BP 199/115. Dr was a total jerk. He spent 2 minutes with me then I waited the rest of the time. And when the nurse would go ask the Dr my questions he would ball her out. I had to call the er administration while I was there to get my RX' s so I could go. The nurse was super nice and so were the office workers. I will not go back there. Will go to Parkview, they have good reviews.

I have gone to St Marys twice and both times I had awful experiences. The first time I was in abdominal pain and after waiting 2 hours the doctor tells me my problem without running any tests, she said my problem is morbid obesity and sent me home telling me to eat better and exercise. Later that night I went home and ended up going to Parkview where they informed me I had a 5mm cyst that was going to rupture. More recently I had signs of a mini stroke and they had me waiting again for two hours. I decided to leave and go to Parkview. I informed the woman at the desk that they had an elderly woman walking around the lobby half dressed no shoes and wearing a fall risk bracelet she seemed confused and lost and was still wearing all the patches from the vital machines. her response was she has been discharged!! and they were no longer responsible for her. Never again, I will drive clear across town to go to Parkview even though I live 3 blocks away from St Marys.

Very dissapointing.

The family medicine clinic is, at best, horrible. Prescriptions are called in wrong, if you are lucky enough to have them called in. Chronic pain is treated with antidepressants when you are clearly not depressed and have 10 years of medical records to show your diagnosis. Why prescribe meds you are allergic to anyway? The doctors act as if they are doing you a favor when a prescription is wrong. Hard to get return calls, hard to get a human to answer, and when you call them for a med, takes up to 3 weeks, not the 48 hours they tell you, to finally get it. High blood pressure....yep, lets make them wait 3 weeks for a prescription or an appointment. The ER is awesome. Its everywhere else. :( :( :(

Very self serving

If you would like to be left in a room by yourself with someone only coming in to stop a heart monitor from buzzing, just to find out after a couple hours its not hooked up right and then telling them you are diabetic and receiving the wrong food and the Dr. coming in to treat you like your dirt this is the hospital for you. We will never go back there.
