I'm very disappointed with the customer service there. I waited 5minutes to be noticed before even being seen by the doctor. After my exam i waited another 3 minutes to be taken care on finding glasses. I picked the two glasses that i liked. The lady rudely commented that my lenses would pop out like bottle caps do to my sight problem. It took three weeks to get my glasses. When i got them they didnt care to make sure that they fit. Now im returning both pair for a refund cuz i had an instant migriane from trying to make my eyes adjust to the new prescription. The told me it would three to four days to adjust to them. The only good thing i can say is that the doctor was nice and took care of me well.

I recently took my children in for eye exams and glasses and I do not feel that your ad for 2 pairs of glasses and a free eye exam is worth $70.00. I am quite disappointed that I had to decline many of what I consider "standard" items such as scratch resistent coating & poly lenses because the total would have come to approx $684.00. I also have to wait 7 to 10 days to get the glasses because they are made off site.
