Sunrise Home Health and especially the owner Matt Baker are very shady! Make a trip to their office in Prove and see for yourself. They look like a fly by night outfit in my opinion! If you have a problem try having a conversation with the owner Matt Baker, but be warned you will be in for an extremely unpleasant experience. He is rude, bullheaded and refuses to take any accountability for mistakes made on his or the companies behalf. He refuses to hear your point of view and has his staff trained to have his back and lie for him. His bullheaded narrow-minded attitude is beyond anything I have ever experienced in my life and trust me I have dealt with some real idiots in my time! Don’t be surprised if he threatens you with a lawsuit if you dare to argue with him. If you think this sounds bad they also use unskilled and unqualified aides to do the work of the nurses you or your insurance company is being billed for! Aides are not qualified to insert catheters (the small hose that runs up your pee hole). That is a responsibility for doctors and trained nurses. In my opinion the State of Utah should investigate this shady company and SHUT THEM DOWN!!!!!!

My father was declining in health and my mother just couldn't keep up anymore. Sunrise took over and provided more help than I could ever imagine! It was very apparent to me that all of the staff was interested in our well-being. A big thanks from me and my family!

My son was with hospice through Sunrise. He was very well taken care of. Carma was his hospice nurse. She was excellent and very easy to communicate with. They took very good care of his needs. We will always be grateful that we chose Sunrise as our health care provider.
