Provided by YP.comI've purchased paint from the Provo Kwal store for a year and a half with good results. Once I even ordered the wrong sheen of paint and they replaced the can with the correct one at no cost although I was happy to pay for my error. Recently they sold me a defective can of paint with tiny bubbles throughout the can. I saw it when I opened the can. The bubbles left crater marks on my wall. I asked for a refund and they said NO because I froze the can or contaminated it myself. I told them no possible way it froze in my heated basement and I did not contaminate it as I saw the bubbles when I opened it up new. They said sorry. Wow, I've spent thousands of dollars on paint with them and they are willing to lose my business over one gallon of paint. I'm using the Orem store now.
