My husband and I have gone to SDS because it was recommended to us. But EVERY SINGLE time we call in or go in, they are SO incredibly rude. Pretty mean actually. They always hang up in the middle of sentences. The worst customer service I have ever seen. At first I didn't even believe my husband when he would get off the phone baffled, but then I actually went with him one time and after talking with them I realized they really are horrible! They basically yelled at my husband and looked at him like he was stupid when he asked a simple question! We just wanted an opinion on a part! I almost started crying I was so angry. This isn't just simple bad mechanic behavior, this is ridiculous. I would NEVER EVER EVER recommend this place. I have NO idea how they have any business at all.....

When I took my car to have the timing belts replaced scott gave me a quote and I laughed, because it was almost $150.00 cheaper than any other shop I got a bid from. He told me to bring it down and when my wife pulled up to get me we were standing in the parking lot, I went to open the door which rubbed on the fender due to a wind storm, he heard it asked me If I had a couple minutes to spare and adjusted my door and made my front fender flush with the door. I asked how much I owed him and he wouldn't hear of it! I walked away with a happy wife two cars in great looking and working condition and cheaper than any other shop. That's a shop that takes pride in their work and in their name! I am never going anywhere else again!
